Education Commons is pleased to provide access to Zoom video conferencing and can assist you with:


Request a Zoom account

For OISE Staff, Faculty, Sessional Faculty, and Research Shared Accounts, please use this form to request an account.

OISE Students please visit the University of Toronto Zoom page to claim your free educational Zoom license.  You will receive the same privileges as the OISE license, with the addition of cloud storage.


Zoom and event support

Technical Support

If you experience issues with your Zoom account please visit the Education Commons Online Service Hub to create a new incident ticket. From the category drop-down menu, please select: Software issues > Zoom > Technical Support

Event Support

If you require support for your next webinar, conference, openhouse, or other live online event, please visit the Education Commons Online Service Hub to create a new request. From the category drop-down menu, please select: Events > Online > Zoom

If hosting a public event on Zoom, pre-event training is recommended. If hosting a Zoom event with Education Commons support, pre-event training is required. Book a consultation to discuss your next event with our Education Commons expert.
