Join us for "ZenFlow," a unique fusion of Zentangle and Meditation, and embark on a journey toward inner peace, self-discovery, and creative rejuvenation. 

Engage in the art of Zentangle, a meditative drawing technique that combines structured patterns to create beautiful and intricate designs. Unlock your creativity and promote mindfulness through deliberate, focused strokes. 

Ease into the serene ambiance with a tranquil meditation session both preceding and following our main event. Learn to quiet the mind, connect with your breath, and cultivate a deep sense of inner calm. The meditation segment is designed to complement the Zentangle experience, fostering a holistic approach to relaxation and self-awareness.
