Earn a Master's Degree

Earn a Master's degree, instead of a Bachelor’s degree, with your teacher certification. Upon completion of program, you will be qualified to teach in Ontario Schools or apply for admission to doctoral studies.

Master of Teaching Combined Degree Program

The Master of Teaching Combined Degree program lets undergraduates begin graduate study early, combining teacher qualification with advanced theory and research, and giving you the knowledge, skills, and classroom experience to become a certified educator.

As part of the MT graduate program, you will be exposed to educational research across a wide variety of educational disciplines and specializations.

Practicum (Practice Teaching)

The practicum component of the MT program will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills as a teacher in a variety of classrooms and learning situations.
