Important Dates:

1. December 15th, 2023: Registration opens at 5:00pm EST 

2. February 29th, 2024: EXTENDED deadline for conference registration for students participating in the program (accepted submissions)

3. March 12th, 2024: Deadline for conference registration for those not presenting in the program
