Hunter Meng-Hsun Lee

Hunter is a PhD candidate in the Developmental Psychology and Education program at OISE/University of Toronto. His research interests broadly center around the impact of technology on language testing and assessment. Dedicated to pursuing a career as a language assessment researcher, Hunter has received extensive training in test development, research methodology, and psychometrics throughout his work experiences and graduate studies, both in Taiwan and in Canada. Hunter also completed his summer research internship at Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) in 2024. His research is recognized with several prestigious awards: the 2024 British Council Assessment Research Award, the 2024 SSSR Taylor and Francis Award, the 2023 AALA Best Student Poster Award, and the 2022-2024 Taiwan Government Scholarship to Study Abroad (GSSA).
