Keegan Smith

Keegan Smith is a police officer for a major metropolitan police service in Canada, with experience in various areas including uniform, organized crime and intelligence, strategic services and criminal investigations. Keegan’s work experience has contributed to his keen interest in new police officer training in Canada. Keegan holds a Master of Arts degree in Adult Education from Central Michigan University, and he is currently a PhD Candidate at OISE at the University of Toronto, where he is conducting research focused on new recruit police officer training dealing with high risk, low frequency events.
