Dr. Tim Fricker

Tim Fricker is currently the Dean of Students at Conestoga College. Previously Tim worked at Mohawk College as the Director of Student Success Initiatives and then as the Dean of Students. In that time, Tim launched Canada’s only research centre focused primarily on student success and led a variety of studies focused on academic advising, psychologically attuned communication, learning and skills assessment, and student services. Tim completed his PhD at OISE in the Community College Leadership program in 2021.
