Shannon Fuller became Deputy Minister of Colleges and Universities in December 2022. Prior to taking on this role, Shannon was the Deputy Minister of Policy and Delivery at Cabinet Office from September 2022 to December 2022, where she worked with all ministries and the Premier’s Office to develop and deliver the government’s policy and legislative agenda. Shannon was previously the Assistant Deputy Minister for Economic, Environmental, Justice and Intergovernmental Policy in Cabinet Office. Shannon holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Specialized Honours Degree in Public Policy and Administration from York University.
