Puzzles have been part of our lives for centuries, and since the pandemic, they have become increasingly popular. Stacy Costa, doctoral candidate at OISE, will discuss the history of puzzles and problem solving, digging deep into the question: Do puzzles really provide brain benefits, or are they just a plaything for moments of pleasure?
